ROV System Audits

ROV System Audits carried out by inABZ will be based on the IMCA guidance document,

IMCA R 006 and can also be complimented with specific Operator required elements.

Audits can be carried to required levels such as:

 

• Power up and operated within workshop premises

​

• Power up and operated within workshop premises plus Test Tank performance evaluation

​

• Power up and operated onboard vessel plus “Wet Test” at harbour locations

​

• Operators preferred criteria

​

 

ROV Crew Audits

With the combined experience of ROV Project Management, as a Competence and Training Manager and with a NEBOSH Health and safety qualification, Steve Benzie of inABZ Limited is well qualified to evaluate that, ROV personnel offered to Operators are compliant with the required Training and Competence for the positions they

are to hold within the ROV team.

​

If required, conversations can be held with crew members to evaluate their attitude towards the Health and Safety of themselves and others.

​

Similar audits can be carried out for Crew Change/Upman personnel if they have not previously been identified as ‘Core’ crew members.
