Terms and Conditions

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

inABZ Limited operates a Quality Management System against the provisions of ISO 9001:2015.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

inABZ Limited reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

PROVISION OF SERVICE(S)

inABZ Limited shall provide the Compilation and delivery of training courses, Consultancy and Advisory services on the date(s) booked by the Customer and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

LOCATION FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

inABZ Limited shall provide services at a location agreed with the customer to include:

  •  inABZ Limited premises

  • Customers premises

  • Partner premises

  • Onboard Customers Vessel

For services undertaken at Customer premises, the Customer is responsible for the provision of equipment and facilities suitable for delivery of the services.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

When quoting, inABZ Limited shall advise where necessary, any additional expenses likely to be incurred including suitable accommodation and sustenance. All Expenses to be paid direct by Customer or to be charged at cost + 10%, e.g., Hotels, COVID testing, mileage to be charged at £0.40 per mile, which the Customer will be asked to agree in writing.

BOOKINGS

Bookings with a ‘Pending Purchase Order number’ are provisional and Customers must contact inABZ Limited with a valid Purchase Order to ensure booking confirmation.

Customers booking using a valid ‘Purchase Order number’ shall receive written verification of their booking and where applicable Joining Instructions.

inABZ Limited reserves the right to cancel any booking where a valid ‘Purchase Order number’ has not been received.

​

Customers COVID protocols to be confirmed with Purchase Order.

PAYMENTS

inABZ Limited’s terms of payment are 30 days from the date inABZ Limited’s invoice, for the service(s), is raised.

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

If the service(s) is cancelled (not postponed) with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the total cost will be invoiced to Customer.

If the service(s) is cancelled (not postponed) with less than 72 hours’ notice, 75% of the total cost will be invoiced to Customer.

​

All cancellations to bookings must be confirmed by email.

​

In the event that it is necessary for inABZ Limited to cancel or reschedule service(s), as far as is practicable, at least five days working notice shall be given. In such circumstances alternative dates will be given or where applicable a refund will be given.

DELEGATE BEHAVIOUR / EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE

inABZ Limited reserves the right to exclude delegates, without a refund of fees, at any time if they cause significant disruptions or delays, or if their qualifications and current experience impact the ability for inABZ Limited to deliver the course as determined by the course standards.

Any unreasonable behaviour will be dealt with by inABZ Limited and the delegate. If necessary the company that the delegate works for may be contacted.

​

The client is wholly responsible for the performance of clients equipment which is utilised as part of the delivery of training and assessment. inABZ will assist client with returning equipment to a functional status where possible.

DATA PROTECTION

inABZ Limited guarantee to the Customer that it will only use Personal Data for the purpose of carrying out its obligations in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will ensure that all reasonable and appropriate security measures are in place to protect Personal Data.

inABZ Limited will destroy or deliver up Personal Data upon written demand from the Customer.

All material prepared by inABZ Limited for use prior to or during course(s), including online material and course books is copyright protected material of inABZ Limited unless otherwise indicated.

DATA QUALITY

inABZ Limited is committed to providing a high standard of quality in the information it provides and every effort has been made to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
